Sometimes we are together everyday
You sit there next to me
When we are together there is no time
We move together
We see together
We can be one

A natural fit, that I don’t understand
A seamless connection, that I don’t understand
A constant, that I don’t understand

You are there for me when I need you
You listen to me through my eyes
You see how I feel
You bring moments to life

What do I bring
What do I give
What do I offer
What do I do
Do I take

Are we just friends
Are we connected
Are we together
Are we able to see more

What do we create
What do we show
What do we hide
What do we crave

Do we make beauty
Do we make emotion
Do we make happiness
Do we make joy
Do we make sadness
Do we make thoughts
Do we do anything

Or do we just make confusion, questions

Do we believe what we see
Do we believe what our eyes hear

I think we are strong
I think we are emotion
I think we should be together
I think I may not be enough
I think I may let you down
I think I may lose it
I think I may be a fraud

 We expose ourselves
We expose our feelings
We expose our thoughts
We expose our truth
We expose our head
We expose our heart
